Terms and conditions for using our services
Article 1: Application
These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") shall apply to all relationships between users who use the services provided by GEIGHT Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the Company.
Article 2: Agreement to Terms
By using our services, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
Article 3: Provision of Services
The Company shall provide services to users in accordance with these Terms. The content, provision conditions, and other details of the services shall be as separately determined by the Company.
Article 4: User Registration
When registering to use our services, users must:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Update registration information promptly when changes occur
- Not use another person's information for registration
- Properly manage login credentials
Article 5: Prohibited Actions
Users shall not engage in the following actions:
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Criminal acts or acts related to criminal activities
- Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights
- Actions that interfere with server or network functions
- Commercial use of information obtained through our services
- Actions that may interfere with the Company's service operations
- Unauthorized access or attempts thereof
- Collection or accumulation of personal information about other users
- Impersonation of other users
- Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Company
Article 6: Suspension of Service
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the services without prior notice to users in the following cases:
- When performing maintenance or updates on service systems
- When service provision becomes difficult due to force majeure
- When the Company deems suspension necessary
Article 7: Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the services belong to the Company or the rightful holders who have licensed the Company. Users are granted only the right to use the services under these Terms and are not granted any intellectual property rights.
Article 8: Disclaimer
The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the services, including but not limited to completeness, accuracy, currency, safety, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, absence of defects, errors, bugs, or infringement of rights.
Article 9: Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by users in connection with the use of the services, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Company.
Article 10: Changes to Terms
The Company may change these Terms at any time without individual notice to users. The changed Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Company's website.
Article 11: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
