Responsible for business planning and strategy. Has extensive experience as a producer of large-scale online games including "Ragnarok Online" and has achieved solid results through project planning, production, and management at numerous companies. His main career includes serving as game operations manager and assistant general manager at GungHo Online Entertainment, IT manager at Frontier Works Media, and president at Knowledge Network. He also worked as an advisor for bilibili (China) and Tencent Games (China). Currently at Geight, he is responsible for building sustainable business models and developing new businesses.

土井 健生 - Kensho Doi -
Oversees technology strategy and overall system development. With extensive achievements in AI and IoT fields, he works as an OCI infrastructure engineer and project manager. He has led diverse projects including cloud migration and construction of internal systems for leading Japanese automakers and manufacturers, as well as e-commerce site construction and operations. He is proficient not only in IT but also in marketing, utilizing his IT infrastructure design and operation knowledge gained across various domains from a business perspective, from planning to implementation. Currently, he is responsible for developing innovative solutions that integrate environmental and digital technologies.

After graduating from Doshisha University Faculty of Electrical Engineering and completing his master's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Doshisha University Graduate School, he joined Komatsu Ltd. Currently serves as President and CEO of NEXST Co., Ltd., and has also served as a project leader in web3 game planning and development. With expertise in a wide range of engineering fields centered on electrical engineering and cutting-edge technology, he leverages his advanced specialized knowledge and technical skills to handle carbon credit-related projects and corporate sales to partner companies.

Engaged in sales and business operations at Kanagawa Daihatsu Sales Co., Ltd., Minato Advanced Technologies Co., Ltd., and Masa Enterprise LLC. With strengths in cultural adaptability and high sales capabilities, he has led numerous overseas business ventures to success. Studied in Sichuan Province, China for 3 years. As an overseas sales representative for Japanese manufacturers, he traveled throughout ASEAN countries and implemented numerous market entry support and corporate matching services for Indian companies. Responsible for field management of overseas projects.
